Orders & Payment

 All orders are subject to acceptance.

 Payment is required at the time of purchase via the options provided at checkout.

Handmade Products

 Every piece is handmade, so slight variations in shape, size, or colour are part of their unique charm.

 Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Shipping

 In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

 Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary.

Next Day Delivery is available for in-stock items via Royal Mail 1st Class (select this option at checkout).

 UK Standard Shipping: flat rate £4.99

 Next Day Delivery: £6.00

International Shipping

 I’m working hard to make international shipping available from early January 2026.

 As of December 2025, I currently only ship within the UK 

Returns & Refunds

 If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with a photo, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, and well-packaged.

 Custom or personalised items and used candles cannot be returned.

 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving and approving your return.

Privacy

 Your privacy matters. Here’s how we handle your information:

 What we collect: name, email, billing/shipping addresses, and payment details; optional newsletter signup information.

 How we use it: to process orders, communicate about your order, send marketing emails (only if you’ve opted in), and comply with legal obligations.

 Sharing your information: we do not sell your information. Details may be shared with delivery services (e.g., Royal Mail) to ensure your order arrives safely.
