• Processing time:

  In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. All items listed are in-stock unless otherwise stated on product page.

  Custom items or large orders will be discussed with you or listed clearly on product page.

• Delivery: UK orders usually arrive in 2-3 working days

  Next day delivery available at checkout.

• Packaging:

  All orders are packed using eco-friendly or recycled protective materials. For some international orders I will use recycled bubble wrap to mitigate the possibility of breakage and re-sending. The packing peanuts are biodegradable.

• Shipping costs UK:

  Standard delivery £4.99

  Next day delivery £6.00

• International Orders:

  I am working hard to make international shipping available from early January 2026. As of December 2025 I currently only ship within the UK

• Returns & Exchanges

• All pieces are handmade, so some variations in shape, colour or texture are natural.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, please return items unused, in their original condition and well packaged for their return journey.

• As a small business I can not offer free returns and the return postage is the customers responsibility unless of course the item is faulty.

• Custom or personalised items and used candles cannot be returned.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
