Handmade ceramic candle holder – with a white speckled glaze and unglazed natural rims
Three pure beeswax candles – clean-burning and naturally scented, small batch made in our studio. Two hour burn time each candle and non-drip.
Ceramic handmade Mini pot + coco coir pellet + garden cress seeds – everything needed to grow a small pot of cress
60 daily word cards – one-word prompts for grounding and reflection
Ceramic card holder – handmade to match the set
Guidance leaflet – simple instructions for using the kit

A deck of 60 simple, calming prompts to support mindful moments, intention-setting, or journaling. Printed on thick, matte card for everyday use.
Grow-your-own element:
Includes a tiny pot, coco coir pellet and cress seeds. Just add 30ml water to expand the coir, sprinkle the seeds, and snip your fresh cress as it grows. (I like to remove the wet soil from its natural casing for more surface area to plant the seeds)
