Natural hand‑poured beeswax candles in pillar and egg shapes, available individually or as a matching pair.
Pillar: 70g- H7cm × W4cm (fits within a tealight diameter)
Egg: 55g- H6cm × W4cm at widest point Burn time: approx. 10 hours each
These hand‑poured beeswax candles are crafted in the Fireweed Pottery studio using natural beeswax sourced from the UK and cotton wicks. Beeswax has a gentle, honeyed aroma and burns cleanly, releasing negative ions that help neutralise airborne pollutants. A natural alternative to paraffin candles.
Each shape has its own quiet character: the pillar with its simple, straight form, and the egg with its soft, rounded silhouette. Choose either candle individually or select the pair for a balanced set. They also pair beautifully with the handmade ceramic candle holders available in my shop.
Pure beeswax may develop a light, cloudy bloom over time, a natural sign of its quality. If you prefer a smooth finish, warm the candle between your hands and gently buff with a soft cloth.
Burn within sight and never leave a candle unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
Place on a stable, heat‑safe surface.
Trim wick to 5mm (¼") before lighting.
Avoid burning continuously for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
Enjoy the light.
